Permanent CPTO/CPO/CTO Opportunity | Oxfordshire-based Tech Scale-Up

I’m looking to connect with outstanding CPTO, CPO, or CTO candidates for a fast-growing hardware and software tech company in Oxfordshire. This company is a high-growth tech scale-up.. They create appliance-focused products that combine hardware, firmware, and software. 

The role involves leading product and technology as the tech and product teams go through rapid growth. You’ll join the executive team, report to the CEO, help shape the operating model, coach a skilled leadership team, and represent technology to enterprise customers.

Essential experience:

• Executive leadership (CPTO/CPO/CTO) in technology companies during genuine scale-up

• Hardware-firmware-software product experience (design, shipping, supporting appliances)

• 2-3+ years leading complete transformations with accountability for delivery & operations

• Commercial acumen and customer-facing leadership
