    Her most recent company, Applied, was a data science-backed hiring platform built on structured models and predictive analytics. From 0->1 to acquisition by Phenom in 2026, Applied scaled to 500+ customers across the UK and US and reached profitability.

    Lara Mott

    Lara is a senior leader, founder and adviser with over 20 years' experience in healthcare, technology, life sciences, PE and venture-backed businesses. The company she co-founded and led, ImproveWell, was an award-winning SaaS platform, adopted by 1000s of teams in over 80 NHS organistions, expanded internationally and was acquired by Silicon Practice in 2025.
